Olivia Steadman-Oladipo (she/her) is an Administrative Associate at the Learning Collaborative Institute. In her role, Olivia supports the President and Leadership Team by managing task lists, calendars, and project timelines, while ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, Olivia reviews and edits grant proposals, applying her writing expertise to ensure accuracy and coherence across submissions. Olivia brings over 10 years of experience in administrative support, along with over 20 years of writing expertise.

Olivia highlights that the most inspiring part of her job is the work itself. Having a direct role in serving the communities we support and seeing the tangible impact of our efforts is incredibly fulfilling. Olivia's main goal that she hopes to accomplish through her work is to create meaningful, lasting change by contributing to projects that positively impact people's lives and communities.

In Olivia's off-work hours, she enjoys writing, practicing yoga, traveling, exploring new hiking trails and beaches, and working on creative journaling projects. Olivia also loves discovering new things in my city with her family.
